I needed structure. Joining Potential One, it’s given me everything to survive my 1st year at this gym. From the incredible coaches & and just normal down to earth other members who support you yourself to the moon & back. The transformation has been life changing in body size (5 stone plus less) my strength and fitness levels to match. I haven’t been this fit since my late 20s. I can’t recommend Potential One highly enough!
