Potential One helped us look & feel our best for our wedding day…

Potential One has transformed my life! I joined Potential One in April 2023 with the goal of losing weight for my wedding in May 2024.

At the time of joining, I had just ordered my wedding dress -it was one size too small! Potential One helped me get into a fitness routine and focus on my nutrition goals. I came to look forward to going to the gym and seeing the friendly members and coaches. The classes are fun, supportive, and can be scaled to meet your need! Coaches are also on hand out of sessions to offer advice, support, and accountability.

By the time of my wedding day, my wedding dress had been altered 4 dress sizes smaller!! Thanks to the amazing coaches at Potential One, I felt strong, confident, and beautiful walking down the aisle.

Since getting married, I have continued as a member at Potential One, as it has become part of my new way of life.
Being part if this community has done more than help me lose weight, I’ve gained bundles of physical and mental strength too. My wellbeing has improved and I find going to classes a great escape from daily stressors. I couldn’t recommend Potential One, and the amazing coaches, enough!

I joined the Superstar family back in October of 2023 doing their focus class which has now moved to a new space as Potential One!

My main goal was to drop a few pounds before my wedding and get back to a good fitness level, the coaches helped me not only with form lifting free weights which I never had the confidence to do in a stereotypical gym but also helped changing a few habits in my food
Within a couple months I noticed the difference and the progress kept going I lost 2 1/2 stone before the wedding it even meant I had to have my suit altered 2 times due to the amount my figure changed in a positive way

I have also made good friends from joining and seeing each other in classes and now outside of classes too with gym beach days, walks and Xmas dos . The camaraderie here is amazing everyone is so supportive!!

I’m glad I’ve found my gym family and past me would never say this, I can’t wait to get back to the gym and keep this ball rolling.
