I joined Potential One roughly July 2023 because as a part time fitness instructor, I once got told that I should train to teach. I also found that menopause had literally piled on the pounds overnight and despite overall healthy eating (I don’t believe in diets), it’s been something I’ve struggled to shift.

Following a slow start due to personal circumstances, I knuckled down and this year has seen massive results for me. Following expert advice from Glen on nutrition and small tweaks to my diet without any massive sacrifices, I’m nearly 2 stone lighter. I’m also stronger and fitter and this reflects in my own teaching.

I think another major has been guidance on a weak knee following a knee op a couple of years ago. Ryan in particular has been key to helping me build depth in my squats and lunges.

All of the coaches are personable, knowledgeable and genuinely vested in each member’s progress. The format of training in a smaller group is also less daunting and enables the coach to still focus on individual form and technique. A good selection of classes at different times means it’s easy to fit in around a busy week.

I highly recommend Potential One as the best investment in you that you will ever make.
